1. Description of Services
Elite Paradise Agency provides premium hospitality staffing, event hosting, and digital content creation services primarily located in the Red Sea region of Egypt. We act as a facilitator connecting clients with professional brand ambassadors, content creators, and event staff.
2. Client Obligations and Conduct
2.1 Event Environment: Clients agree to provide a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for talent and attendees.
2.2 Prohibited Activities: Clients may not request, encourage, or permit illegal activity, including illicit substance use or any conduct that violates applicable local law.
2.3 Liability for Guests: Clients assume responsibility for the conduct of their guests and attendees. Elite Paradise Agency is not liable for damages, injuries, or legal infractions caused by the client or their guests.
3. Talent Engagement and Scope of Work
3.1 Independent Contractors: Talent operate as independent contractors unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.2 Scope of Duties: Specific duties are agreed in writing before an engagement begins, and clients may not demand services outside the agreed scope.
3.3 Content Rights: Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, Elite Paradise Agency and/or the talent retain rights to promotional content created during an engagement, subject to any agreed usage license.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
4.1 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure dates and talent.
4.2 Final Payment: Full payment is due before the event or content project begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Cancellations: Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional fees depending on the governing service agreement.
4.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or travel restrictions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector Wizards, LLC and Elite Paradise Agency are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use arising from access to or use of the Services.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes are reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.
